Bat Files are for CL (CameraLink)

1.Take a picture of a uniform grey value, where the defect pixels are visible.

2.Save the picture.bmp with defect pixels. (important please use a BMP file)

3.Drag and drop the saved picture.bmp on the 'Defpix-Create-standard-treshold.bat' --> a defectpixelmap.txt will be created on you computer.

4.--> For Euresys <--

"please use this for Euresys CL Framegrabbers, SerialConnection will be used"
Drag and drop this defectpixelmap.txt on the upload_defpix-mapindex1-Euresys-clser.bat --> the defectpixelmap will be uploaded to the camera as custom defect pixel.

"please use this step if you have a Matrox Grabber, GenTL will be used"
Drag and drop this defectpixelmap.txt on the upload_defpix-mapindex1-Matrox-GENTL.bat --> the defectpixelmap will be uploaded to the camera as custom defect pixel.

4.--> For AVALDATA <--

"please use this step if you have a AVALDATA Grabber, GenTL will be used"
If you use a different Port than "COM_Port#COM4" please edit the --> "COM_Port#COM4" to the fitting port, which you can find in the cmd window after opening the "upload_defpix-mapindex1-AVALDATA-GENTL.bat" once.
Drag and drop this defectpixelmap.txt on the upload_defpix-mapindex1-AVALDATA-GENTL.bat --> the defectpixelmap will be uploaded to the camera as custom defect pixel.






In SVCapture > 2.5.0 you can enable the defect pixel map and mark the defect pixels to show which defect pixels will get corrected.


Note: you can edit the threshold of when a defect pixel gets detected, if you open the 'Defpix-Create-standard-treshold.bat' with notepad and add behind the command '--create_defpix_map 10' for example 10. A Defaultvalue is already considered.
